This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.

I first visited Brennan to fix a rear end collision on my 2020 Tacoma. They did a very good job. The shop is owned by 2 brothers who only do quality work. They have seen it all! As a Euro repair shop owner that knows quality craftsmanship and customer service when I see it, I refer everyone I can to them, especially my own customers.

Extremely Professional and Nice Guys!! Read up on line as to what it could cost to have my air conditioning fixed, anywhere from $500. To 1500. Read the reviews and saw a lot of positive feedback so I thought I’d give them a try. Not only did they fix my air conditioner, they explained what was wrong with it, fixed it step by step so it only cost me $622. I was very happy with that since I was prepared for much worse. I will be bringing my vehicles to them now, they definitely won me over.
