I had a very strong brand preference towards Volkwagen before my encou... read more I had a very strong brand preference towards Volkwagen before my encounters with this dealership, however; that has been tarnished by my terrible experience at the new trend motors. After I handed them my deposit, they stopped doing their job. I was unable to drive the new car that I had purchased, had already started making monthly payments on, and at I was making insurance payments on, for over 2 weeks because of their lack of organization and sheer disconcern for me as a customer. Dragon, the salesman, and Dana the office worker, took no responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their end. It was an overwhelmingly disappointing experience because of the poor business manner at this dealership. I conveniently did not receive the survey that all Volkswagen customers are supposed to get after making a purchase. I strongly discourage anyone in the market to purchase an automobile from working with this dealership.

I travel between New Jersey and Maine for my business. I had tranmsission problems in New Jersey. The Mike's repated my transmission for a very fair rate, and got me on the road again. The owners even worked with my mechanic in Maine once I got home to have the work checked and monitored. Outstanding service, this is how you are suppose to treat people. Highly reccomend!
