Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.

A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait.
