Retail tire service near Elizabeth, NJ

Boss told me to wait 25 min for a runflat tire that i needed replaced. After standing there for THREE HOURS the guy starts putting on a non runflat tire on my car and tries to overcharge me for it too. I say Ive been waiting 3 hours for them to replace my runflat and he acknowledges that he knew I was waiting for a runflat but they ended up not having any so he put on a regular tire instead. wTF?!?! Complete ripoff and scheming morons!! Stay away

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
