I'm very picky in regards to who works on my cars, but I find this place--like another reviewer--to be reliable and honest in their services. I brought my car recently to A&A repairs and am so glad I did. Not only did my car get finally fixed properly, but Anthony took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how it was fixed. Not to mention the cost was very reasonable and the work was completed before I actually expected it to be done. There are no surprises and my car runs and looks great! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. charged for repairs they did not complete, lft with damages and the "GUranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shoddy, dishonest.

I would stay away from this service center at all costs. Not only does the manager take less than educated guesses at what he thinks may be wrong with your vehicle but does repairs (I will say repair, but that never takes place), bills you for it and then decides that your vehicle needs other repairs after you come back within days, complaining of the original problem. They tape wires under the hood with electrical tape, short fill you on oil changes by quarts, and making matters worse, they are extremely disrespectful. Please, if you believe you have a major repair to your car, go to the dealer; the work is guaranteed the staff is trained on your vehicle they do not do any work they didn't quote for you and, most importantly, will find out exactly what is needed without replacing everything under the hood and beyond Quality Automotive does not live up to the name and the place is very questionable and untrustworty.
