Billy, and the employees at Woodmax Automotive provided excellent,quality service to my vehicle. I consider Woodmax to be dependable, honest, and fair........ I will not take my vehicle anywhere else, I finally found a mechanic I trust!!

My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.

These guys sold me a re-heated pizza it was dry and hard as a piece of wood. I have had the pizza before and it's not bad for cheap pizza and everyone is entitled to an off day, but when I returned it the guy he gave me a hard time didn't offer to correct the issue and didn't offer my money back. I am very disappointed in the business practices of these owners and their employees. I will not be ordering from them again.
