Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my car for an oil change and found an oil piddle under my car the next day. the car is 3 years old and never leaked. took the car to the authorized dealer and they told me that "who ever performed my previous oil change did not do it right". in addition, it did not feel good when they tried to sell me all these unnecessary things including the break system flush after it was done 6 months ago. don't take your car there. they cannot do a simple job as an oil change right, but they will try to sell you everything you don't need.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. HORRIBLE management and HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure to stop in if you'd love to get a slashed tire, and a whole lot of attitude from the staff! Manager literally yelled at me in front of other customers, and then made me pay full price again for a tire 3 days after I got a deflating one from them.. Oh and opened 3 hours late, and made me wait 2 hours on top of that while they helped everyone else pulling up before me. About as ghetto as their name sounds. Wouldn't recommend to my enemies.

This shop is unkept, dirty, and the staff refused to wait on us had us waiting and asking for their service, they and blew us off and refused to sell us tires. The state/borough and county needs to come to do an inspection of this shop, there appears to be some shady people hanging around this shop, a man spent a lot of time asking me what church I belonged to and trying to send us off elsewhere. I say buyer BEWARE!
