Honest!!!! We had a simple problem that could have been worse. Fixed while we waited and charged a minimal fee. Will only use this facility, very happy!

I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. They wouldn't take a cent from me for their time. Don't hesitate to use this wonderful, family run auto service.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. charged for repairs they did not complete, lft with damages and the "GUranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shoddy, dishonest.

I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! Avoid at all costs. I've been around mechanics and shops all of my life - and I went there to remove a piece of my exhaust and replace it with a new piece. I was told $75 (most places charge $50 for this so it's a bit high but I said ok) - they did the work then said it was $175. I went to the mechanic who did the work and he verified that the owner said $75. SCAM ARTISTS - There are a bunch of other shops in the area that are much better - avoid this place. Work that they did was decent but if you are going to lie about it doesn't matter how good the work is that you are doing.
