After being asked to pay hundreds of dollars to replace alternator, starter and battery somewhere else. I towed my car for a second opinion to Neptune Transmission. They found out I only needed a Starter and two battery terminals. Neptune Transmission is an honest place that saved me money. I recomemend Neptune Transmission to anyone.

No stars...if possible I'd give negative ranking. I left my car because I had problem with my tire. After a while, I received call from them and they told me on the phone that tire has a valve leakage and repair cost will be $12.99 plus labor. The person mentioned that my backlight is also gone and the filter needs to be replaced for which I specifically mentioned that I'll take a look once I'm there. When I reached there, they charged me for both tire and backlight which I didn't ask for and when I reminded that I never agreed to fix the backlight - he started shouting, used curse words and was almost on the verge of making racist remarks. I just don't understand how can such a person run any business. Anyways, I'm done with this store forever.

I took my 2000 Xterra to Gary's for a manifold back custom exhaust. Gary is knowledgeable and professional quoted me a fair price for the work that I requested. On a side note, they have a bathroom clean enough and worthy of a fine restaurant. That was a pleasant surprise and tells me that they take pride in their work.
