Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my ... read more Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my car for an oil change and found an oil piddle under my car the next day. the car is 3 years old and never leaked. took the car to the authorized dealer and they told me that "who ever performed my previous oil change did not do it right". in addition, it did not feel good when they tried to sell me all these unnecessary things including the break system flush after it was done 6 months ago. don't take your car there. they cannot do a simple job as an oil change right, but they will try to sell you everything you don't need.

I called 3 different auto repair shops. One chose not to call back, the second quoted me $171 and acted like I, as a woman didn't know that the gasket comes with the thermostat when you purchase a replacement and that was part of the charge, Desi quoted me a good fair price and said they could fix it immediately, I took it in the next morning and they got right to it. After an hour and a half I called to see how long it would be and was told it was taking longer than they thought because the alternator and other parts needed removed, I knew this and that is why we were taking it to a shop, no place to work on a project like that when in a hotel. I figured the price would go up because of more labor. We went and did some other things and picked the car up just before the 6pm closing. They did not raise the price and the car is fixed and great. Good people trying to earn an honest living for an honest days work. Give them a call!
