I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. TInt is great. Thanks, No complaining. I enjoy my tints and get tickets rarely. I was warned by Lorenzo that a certain percentage is legal in my state. I got what I paid for. The tint job will out last my car.

Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.
