Bunch of crooks-had car towed by them figured I'd give them a chance to fix it-HUGE mistake-quotes me 380 on phone I go pick up car it's 602! course no proof so I can't fight it then my tacklebox that I keep in back of SUV goes missing-amazing how hard it is to find an honest mechanic-no honesty here-do yourself a favor and avoid this place

I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

No stars...if possible I'd give negative ranking. I left my car because I had problem with my tire. After a while, I received call from them and they told me on the phone that tire has a valve leakage and repair cost will be $12.99 plus labor. The person mentioned that my backlight is also gone and the filter needs to be replaced for which I specifically mentioned that I'll take a look once I'm there. When I reached there, they charged me for both tire and backlight which I didn't ask for and when I reminded that I never agreed to fix the backlight - he started shouting, used curse words and was almost on the verge of making racist remarks. I just don't understand how can such a person run any business. Anyways, I'm done with this store forever.
