The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I trusted them right away. My baby(car) is old and her age shows, i need a shop that can keep her going. I need a Honest mechanic that I can trust and wont BS me. It is very HARD for a single women to find HONEST TRUSTWORTHY Mechanics, I feel like I have. Plus they are right next to TJMAXX!

Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.

I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. They wouldn't take a cent from me for their time. Don't hesitate to use this wonderful, family run auto service.

They are amazing mechanics. I don't think anyone can ever match their experience. They hear one awkward sound from my car and they automatically know what is wrong with it without even opening it yet. And it's all done at reasonable price as well. Ask for Albert. He's the best.

A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I took my car to this place because I had non-working wiper blades. The mechanic did a diagnostic check and claimed that I needed to replace the entire fuse box and that it would cost me $400 plus $95/hr for labor. I suggested that he consider looking into the relay, instead, as the problem but he refused to check if the relay was the actual problem. He continued to put pressure on me to buy the fuse box immediately and when I told him that I found the fuse box online for $200 he dropped the subject. I decided to go with my instinct and order a relay online which only cost me $16. I left and went home. Once the relay arrived at my home, I replaced it and my wiper blades were working again. Its mechanics like the ones at this place that give the good and honest mechanics a bad reputation. He almost ripped me off for $500-600 and the problem was a $16 cost. If you decide to take your car to this place, do your homework first, and get ready to get ripped off!!! And don't be fooled by the smiles, they are a bunch of thieves!
