Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!
I had an alignment done on my vehicle about 10 days ago. During the a... read more I had an alignment done on my vehicle about 10 days ago. During the alignment, the mechanic broke off a piece of my front grill while opening the hood of my car. I noticed the damage 5 days later. There is a fresh break on we're the missing silver piece was on my grill. Sears took pictures and then told me they would not take responsibility for the damage. The repair will cost $60. They have poor work ethics there. If you do decide to get there, check your entire vehicle before you leave. I am speaking to corporate tomorrow.

On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do.
