Went to Medford Autowash for the first time today since some of the Co... read more Went to Medford Autowash for the first time today since some of the Covid 19 restrictions had eased up in NJ. The associates who were doing the work to clean and wash the vehicles were very friendly and courteous as they had been in the past. I went to pay for the service and showed a coupon for the carwash on my phone and was told that it could not be honored since I had not taken the time to PRINT the coupon on to a piece of paper. I receive text messages from the same establishment with different perks randomly for 50% off a wash or a free wash for your Birthday and have shown them the text on the phone and that was OK, trying to be environmentally conscious I felt I could do the same with a website coupon, makes sense right? No, sorry no discount unless you print the coupon, and yes the page before says to print to redeem but what world are we living in at this point? They can't make an exception to this and possibly realize that they would actually be helping the environment but not requiring people to physically print coupons? The guys who do the "Real Work" there are great, maybe management can learn a few things from them.

I get my truck washed all the time so it wasn't really that dirty just normal. I paid for the full service, when notified my truck was done I noticed the outside had still had dirt on it and the inside was hit and miss. When I questioned about it the owners son came out in a RAGE SCREAMING profanity and hollering at me calling me a pig. I come here all the time to get my truck washed, never expecting to be treated in that manner and wash told to get out of here MF'r and don't ever come back.

He charged me a higher price and its still not clean. My boyfriend and i are disabled and they were rushing us out of the car. We were wakking in the cat walk and heard them cursing and complaing about the car beibg dirty. Apparently they only want to wash clean cars. After we paid for it and outside waiting for the the car the owner came up and told us never to come back there, at thet time we didn't know he was the owner. My boyfriend went inside and aske d to speak to the owner and the first thing out of his mouth was the "f" word and kedpt using back and forth with my boyfriend. I called later to get his name and he answered the phone and told me it was none of my business.I told him I didn't need his name to file a complaint with the BBB. Don't take your car there if you want a clean car and good experioence.
