The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. Thanks for the help, John and Mike You guys are great.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. Asif is great! He calls and updates on findings/progress. He gives discounts wherever he can. His customer service is terrific and is VERY knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I am going to this shop for 10 years now, the other guys was great too, but Asif takes it to another level.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. charged for repairs they did not complete, lft with damages and the "GUranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shoddy, dishonest.
