I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. A friend told me to take my son's car to Due's Automotive for shocks, so I took the car & explained to Due that it was a $1500 car that my son takes to work & school. I also explained that if the auto needed any work over $400 I would by him another car. I was not going to put anymore money in the car, he called me the next day to tell me the car was ready. I asked him how much would it cost? And he replied $1350 but if I was going to pay him cash it would be $1200. I explained that it was work that I did not want on the car & his reply was the whole front end was in bad shape. I drove and asked to see the the old parts & Mr. Due told he the the trash was already picked up & the old parts where in the dumpster.

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)
