I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. These guys worked very hard to make certain I was a satisfied customer. I am glad I made the 1.5 hour trip from PA to meet them and witness the high quality work in person. While waiting for the repair to be completed, they asked many times if my wife and kids were okay and if we needed anything. Much appreciated!!

A friend told me to take my son's car to Due's Automotive for shocks, so I took the car & explained to Due that it was a $1500 car that my son takes to work & school. I also explained that if the auto needed any work over $400 I would by him another car. I was not going to put anymore money in the car, he called me the next day to tell me the car was ready. I asked him how much would it cost? And he replied $1350 but if I was going to pay him cash it would be $1200. I explained that it was work that I did not want on the car & his reply was the whole front end was in bad shape. I drove and asked to see the the old parts & Mr. Due told he the the trash was already picked up & the old parts where in the dumpster.
