After much research and speaking with several mechanics and repair techs, I found Walko Automotive to be the best solution to my bad hybrid battery. Walko Automotive helped replace my 2007 Toyota Prius battery in less than 2 hrs for THE MOST reasonable price. They offered a two year warranty and with their already outstanding business history, Master Tech certifications with hybrid vehicles (and any vehicle really), and a positive, family-oriented atmosphere, they were sure to deliver in every way you would expect the best and most trustworthy mechanic should. This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The place is a rip off. Stay away. The owner bought it out a few years ago after he ran his other business Transco transmissions in Hatboro. I brought my car to have my transmission rebuilt with out knowing it was not owned by Bill Holt anymore. They did not rebuild my transmission correctly and I had to bring my car back 5 times in the course of a year because the tranny kept slipping. Each time they claimed it was something new altogether and not covered by the warranty. I was with out my car for weeks after each visit. One time my car broke down in the mountains and I had to pay $500 to have it towed to their shop after they refused to pick it up. The owner (who works on the transmissions) is never their and never returns your call. You have to deal with manager who has no real decision authority. They have an F with BBB for obvious reasons. I have never been so unsatisfied as a customer and I wouldn't wish the same frustration on anyone
