The rims were still dirty and I was like really? So j called to let them know about it and no one answered so I went back the Monday and explained to the manager he was quite rude and let me know my car was clean and he was like well whatever, mind you I have a white car so if it's dirty you will know. So I put the car back through the wash and he said oh I don't care if your car was dirty the first time you have to pay to put it back through. Never again would I ever go back there the service sucks and management has no customer service skills. rude and disgusting people!

They will charge your credit card twice, different amounts in the same transaction. I personally went there 4 different times within 1 month and half trying to get refunded, but the owner kept giving me the run around about waiting on the "bank" to confirm. I was even willing to settle for a free oil change, the owner refused to do anything and on top of it he was giving me an attitude. Some scheme they have going on there. STAY AWAY!!

Placed within truck that was ransacked prior to picking up vehicle. Asked manager why anyone was in the trunk? His reply, "We didnt do that"!! Paid $120.00. Havent been back since for any service and never will!!! The price is a rip-off, and they try to rip you off should they rummage through your trunk! 5000% better service at carwash across from Motor Vehicle Services in Bayonne!!!
