My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.

The staff at this repair facility handled my vehicle repair with ease,they provided me with simple repair options at a great price.. Thankfully this small family owned shop is in existence ,growing up there was one on every corner,these days now have big chain shops with school trained mechanics that have NO hands on experience. Stay away. Horrible service. Tried to charge me $90.00 for an oil change using my oil and filter that I already purchased, while every other STS in the area only charged me $20.00. Also tried to overcharge me for labor on a previous occasion. A few months ago I had gotten a flat tire and I drove into this shop at about 5 minutes before they were closing, and they refused to help me just said I was out of luck because they were about to close. Worst STS I have ever been to and will never go back.
