Spent over $2,000 here... Had to go to someone else ....They used the cheapest brakes on my car, squeaked like crazy, also was informed by new mechanic that my oil was never changed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

Do not use!!!!!!!!!!! work not done, but charged for including rotors!!!! While waiting on my second visit, 3 other people waiting, all back for the same problem they originally came in for. Joey and his staff kept wispering while looking out at us, knowing we realized we were in for a ride by this "professional". Its everyone else's fault that you are back. My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.
