Retail tire service near Lyndhurst, NJ

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.

No stars...if possible I'd give negative ranking. I left my car because I had problem with my tire. After a while, I received call from them and they told me on the phone that tire has a valve leakage and repair cost will be $12.99 plus labor. The person mentioned that my backlight is also gone and the filter needs to be replaced for which I specifically mentioned that I'll take a look once I'm there. When I reached there, they charged me for both tire and backlight which I didn't ask for and when I reminded that I never agreed to fix the backlight - he started shouting, used curse words and was almost on the verge of making racist remarks. I just don't understand how can such a person run any business. Anyways, I'm done with this store forever.
