So I brought my new tires and my rims in for mounting and balancing. I told them I purchased tires elsewhere from the beginning. They never told me they charged more for not buying tires through them. Gave them my tires and rims!! Went back the next day to pick them up and they tell me they charged me more then normal because I bought the tires on line. them she tells me but that's okay because I saved so much more on line then they can sell them. I'll never go there again!!!!!

He will go out of his way to help anybody! He genuinely cares about his customers and is grateful for their business. He has become a very good friend to me and I ride up to visit and patronize his business whenever I get a chance. I have told everybody I know that rides about him and the shop! Hannum's always tries to accommodate the customer as much as possible.... read more Hannum's always tries to accommodate the customer as much as possible. I must say that even the sales people on the motorcycle floor are not pushy and I hate pushy sales people! They are very friendly and answer your questions when you are ready to talk. Paul, JR, and Matt are like family to me. I always get a warm welcome when I come up there whether to buy something or just to hang out. Upstairs in motor clothes, I am greeted by Tonda, or Grace or Jean, but usually Grace who is always congenial. She knows to let me just browse, and when she sees me stop to look at something twice, she is always ready to answer any questions or to show me new merchandise or sale items, but she is never pushy. That is why I like to shop with her as my sales person. It's relaxing and I never feel pressured by her. Thank you Hannum's. Donna
