Retail tire service near Maple Shade, NJ

I had to call roadside assistance to take a flat tire off and put on my spare. I took the flat to Delco Auto to see if it could be fixed. Steve said the sidewall was torn and I needed a new tire. He ordered it but in the meantime my boyfriend said I should try Tires Plus. Unfortunately due to the storm they were closed. So I got the tire from Delco because it's the closest tire place and I figured I could walk over to Walt's and get a steak while I wait. Steve puts the new tire on then comes inside and hands me a lug nut. He asks me who put the spare on and I said my roadside assistance. He says, "well they broke this lug nut off, and the pin that it screws onto is broken off inside. You need to call them and see what they'll do for you. They'll probably try to blame me, but this was already broken as I was taking the spare off." First of all, the guy from roadside assistance used HAND TOOLS. How much strength would he need to break off a pin and a lug nut with a tire iron? Second, if it was broken how did Steve hand it to me? Wouldn't it just be gone if the roadside guy broke it? This is simply a nightmare. I should have waited another day and gone to Tires Plus where surely this type of thing doesn't happen and if it does, they'd own up to it. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go to Delco Auto & Tire.

HORRIBLE management and HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure to stop in if you'd love to get a slashed tire, and a whole lot of attitude from the staff! Manager literally yelled at me in front of other customers, and then made me pay full price again for a tire 3 days after I got a deflating one from them.. Oh and opened 3 hours late, and made me wait 2 hours on top of that while they helped everyone else pulling up before me. About as ghetto as their name sounds. Wouldn't recommend to my enemies.

This shop is unkept, dirty, and the staff refused to wait on us had us waiting and asking for their service, they and blew us off and refused to sell us tires. The state/borough and county needs to come to do an inspection of this shop, there appears to be some shady people hanging around this shop, a man spent a lot of time asking me what church I belonged to and trying to send us off elsewhere. I say buyer BEWARE!

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Awesome guys at Cartech! Mike and Rich treat you like family. A great deal of experience between the two of them and they keep a clean shop which in that line of work is hard to do. Been taking my imported car problems to Fred Sonsini off and on since the 1990s. Terrific service, high integrity, fair prices, extensive knowledge and experience. "Old school" in the best sense of the term. Highly recommend.

Brought the car there because the brakes are pulsating when depressed. Dropped the car off the night before. They called me in the morning saying they are checking the car. An hour later needs rotors (warped) and the front wheels balanced. They said that was the cause. $550 I said fine. I get there around 1230. The bill was 25 dollars more, no call to advise. Fine I paid. I leave and within 6 minutes call them back to advise the problem persist and now the front brakes are smoking heavy. I bring the car back, I was there 40 minutes without anyone saying a fucking word about what was going on. Unprofessional AF! I asked what the status was, " waiting on parts" did not say what parts. 2 hours later I get my car back. "Should be good now the first rotors I guess were bad" i take the car and the problem still fucking persist. I have to wait to speak to someone AGAIN! $575 dollars for a fucking nightmare. Don't go there!
