Bmw service near Maplewood, NJ

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!

This is my go to shop! Anthony is a great and honest person! He told me what my car needed and what it didn't need...unlike other shops! i trust them with all my cars and trucks. i recommend him 110 %
