I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

I have never been more satisfied with the service I received at this shop. Not only did Mr.Torrence come get my car at no charge, he was able to provide a quick diagnosis and fair price. My car has never ran better!The work was efficiently done in a timely manner.

I have lived in this area for about six years and have tried as many mechanics. After searching for several years I stumbled upon AAMCO and more importantly Jerry the owner of this franchise. I only went here because of a Supersaver Discount I bought for here but I have remained long after it has been gone. Jerry is one of the few honest, down to earth mechanics left in the business. He tells you when things need to be replaced and when they can be stretched out, he really cares about his customers and his workers. His prices are more than fair and when I had my AC fixed and it stopped working I brought it in and he fixed within 24 hours. He stands behind his work and is a man of integrity anyone who comes here will be pleased with the work you get done!

I was referred to Dick and Rips by my friend. He takes all of his vehicles there. I knew the place had to be good because my friend is super picky. I have went to their shop a couple of times in the last few months to have my vehicle inspected- have them install 2 new tires and some other misc work. Each time I called them - they were friendly and very helpful.When I took my vehicle to the shop - they got the job done in a timely manner and didn't rip me off. This is an honest place to do business with. Here is an example -when I would apply the break on my vehicle, it would stop real hard and screech. I was told by their shop manager that this was because of me using the emergency brake on flat ground.The emergency brake was getting stuck. He said it would stop doing this if I didn't use the emergency brake on level ground. I stopped using the emergency brake on level ground and the problem went away. He could have easily told me that I needed rear brakes. I am happy to say that I have found my place. They are right down the road from me -they do good work and are very honest. If you find any bad reviews about this place - it has to be a competitor who is leaving them. I have had no problems with this business. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys!
