My brakes went on Sunday before Memorial Day... got my car towed by Scott of Noble towing to Bobby's that night... on Tuesday, spoke with Bobby for the first time then spoke to his wife Robin... both are incredibly kind (understatement)!!! Got my car back on Wednesday!! I have a very strict budget (another understatement)... Bobby didn't make repairs he didn't have to, let me know about how long I could go until I needed to make the other repairs, both he & Robin treated me like a human being rather than cash in their pocket and on top of all that I'm driving a safe car!!! Amazing ethics!!

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

Although they were unable to get my RV in the door (literally), Cliff took the time to help me trouble-shoot what could be causing my brake-dragging issue, and then referred me to someone else who may be able to help. He shared an RV war story as well, so good vibes here! Thanks, Harry

I have had John maintaining my autos and trucks for many years. I am 40 minutes away now and still have all my work done by John at Angel Car Care. He has found solutions that the dealer and others could not find. I drive the distance for expert, honest, and fairly priced service. I had a boat engine that sounded off and had John listen to it. He said it was the timing chain and should be replaced asap. As it was under warrantee I took it to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong. This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.
