Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my car for an oil change and found an oil piddle under my car the next day. the car is 3 years old and never leaked. took the car to the authorized dealer and they told me that "who ever performed my previous oil change did not do it right". in addition, it did not feel good when they tried to sell me all these unnecessary things including the break system flush after it was done 6 months ago. don't take your car there. they cannot do a simple job as an oil change right, but they will try to sell you everything you don't need.

The work was performed as described and the job was on time and under quotation price. The parts needed were quoted as OEM price or aftermarket price for my selection. Good workmanship and towing service provided.

The staff was very friendly & informative. Was having issues with my brakes, they took care of the problem that day and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely recommend .

We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

I have never been more satisfied with the service I received at this shop. Not only did Mr.Torrence come get my car at no charge, he was able to provide a quick diagnosis and fair price. My car has never ran better!The work was efficiently done in a timely manner.
