I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! I paid for an oil change and they didn't put the oil cap back on afterwards. My car made rattling sounds and smelled of fumes and knowing they were the last to touch my car I lifted the hood and the oil fill cap was bouncing around rather than screwed back into place. Oil was everywhere under my hood. I went back to inform them, they checked the oil level, didn't offer to clean up any of the oil, and made no apologies. I gave them another chance and asked for a quote to replace front tires and brake pads. They wrote my info down and three weeks later I still haven't heard from them. They seem like nice people, just incompetent and clueless about simple sensible customer service. They get an F from me. I don't recommend them for any type of car service.
