Andrew has always treated me fairly. He'll tell you what must be fixed and what can wait. His pricing is extremely competitive compared to other auto service places in Medford. He's got a good team and it's the only place I go for my cars.

We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. The guys, Steve and Ed, at the STS in Feasterville were great! I had brought my car in for a state inspection and was informed the front rotors had failed. I had recently done the pads myself, and they were completely honest with me and suggested replacing the pads either way so I didn't have any further issues. Because of there honesty I agreed to have everything they had suggested, done. It was done in no time! Its the employees like this that make this company stand out! Excellent customer service skills and definitely know the industry (because I sure don't!) I definitely suggest going to STS for your repairs! I sure will be returning! Thanks guys!

I had an alignment done on my vehicle about 10 days ago. During the alignment, the mechanic broke off a piece of my front grill while opening the hood of my car. I noticed the damage 5 days later. There is a fresh break on we're the missing silver piece was on my grill. Sears took pictures and then told me they would not take responsibility for the damage. The repair will cost $60. They have poor work ethics there. If you do decide to get there, check your entire vehicle before you leave. I am speaking to corporate tomorrow.
