A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.

Dishonest! I'd beware of this place, SERIOUSLY. Says repairs need to be done that are not necessary. Charges for repairs that are not made! Stay away if you're smart! EVEN THE BBB SAYS SO! I found Ten Point Auto, just down the road, to be much better. Honest & quality work. I learned the hard way. If I was smart if have done some research. There are bad reviews all over the web! Google, Yellow Pages, just do a search and you will see.
