I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. Thanks for the help, John and Mike You guys are great.

I've been around mechanics and shops all of my life - and I went there to remove a piece of my exhaust and replace it with a new piece. I was told $75 (most places charge $50 for this so it's a bit high but I said ok) - they did the work then said it was $175. I went to the mechanic who did the work and he verified that the owner said $75. SCAM ARTISTS - There are a bunch of other shops in the area that are much better - avoid this place. Work that they did was decent but if you are going to lie about it doesn't matter how good the work is that you are doing.
