I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. I moved into the area recently and am looking for a local shop whom I can trust and not worry about being taken for a "ride", I am happy to say that I found one in Carracino's. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. totally recommend them.

My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

Please be careful here, they will cheat you on inspection prices. Please make sure they print out the inspection report from the inspection machine, so you can check for the consistency of the price you were charged vs what the report says the charge is.

I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
