While driving on the NJ turnpike at 70 to 75 MPH I heard a loud thumping noise. I had to pull over on the side and check my car. I found my wheel lugs loose, not just one but all of them. The wheel on my car were about to come off at 70MPH. Myself and family and others on the road could have been killed. I have been in the automotive dealership business for over 30 years.This so called oil change tech should be terminated.

I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. I asked them to give the car a quick check out. Dimitry found a split axle boot and a bad ball joint. I was prepared to leave it for a day or two to have it repaired, but instead they ordered the parts and got me done same day. I am very impressed!!! THANK YOU RON'S... YOU SAVED THE DAY!!!
I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - the... read more I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
