I recently had an issue with my window not going up in my own car. I called delaire Auto and Andy told me to bring the car down. He got my window up until the part was delivered 2 days later. They had me in, and fixed the issue. Its been about a month since the work was done and everything is going well. I am very happy with the job they did and though the price was fair. What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.
