More importantly, they placed ,my exhaust system with an old, rusted, broken system from a much older Toyota Rav 4. My 2010 Rav 4 now has a rusted exhaust system that is broken and makes the car sound horrible. Worse, the engine does not perform as designed. Stay away from these criminals. If you need repair work, make sure you use an in-network provider and make sure to contact the shop on a daily basis, but be aware of every single nut and bolt they touch on your car. I would file a lawsuit if I had the connections to put these criminals behind bars. I am so upset, words don't do justice. The worst part is my gf is 8 months pregnant and is stressing of this. The things some "people" do for money. They all need to be locked up.

They were to repair the window, not touch anything else. Everything was perfectly fine. We received the car with a broken muffler which means they stole our perfectly good one and installed a used-broken window. The mechanics here are thieves! So beware. Stay 100 miles away from these criminals

I was in an accident on the Staten Island Expressway in October of 2013. The accident occurred at 12:30am. The front right side of my 2003 Jeep hit a PARKED SUV in the entrance lane of the expressway which was/is under construction. There were no lights to illuminate the roadway. Luckily my reflexes were quick enough to turn the wheel so it was only the right side and not a full front impact. There was a great deal of damage to the body as well as the suspension. My Jeep was towed to A1 Expressway Collision for repair. I was told that I would receive a phone call the following morning. Lisa of A1 phoned me early the next morning. It did take a while for the repairs to be completed, but I was advised of that immediately. I went to A1 and was warmly greeted by Lisa. Upon meeting John, he showed and explained everything that needed to be repaired. I spoke to Lisa and also to John throughout the time my Jeep was being repaired. I was kept advised of progress and was happily surprised when all the repairs were completed earlier than estimated. When I picked my Jeep up, John told me if I had any issues to call them. I noticed the Jeep was slightly pulling to the right so I called and spoke to Lisa, in mid-December. I was told to come by any time and they would check it. I mentioned I didn't know when I'd be able to get there and was assured it was not a problem. Due to the holidays, then the weather, etc., I was unable to get back to Staten Island. Today, January 8, 2014, I spoke to Lisa to see if I'd be able to bring the Jeep in to be checked. Lisa remembered me, our conversations, and told me to bring it in whenever it was convenient for me. I will be there tomorrow morning. I can only add that I wish more mechanics and body shops were as honest and reliable as A1 Expressway Collision. Thank you for all you have done! Joanne Russo
