Went to Medford Autowash for the first time today since some of the Co... read more Went to Medford Autowash for the first time today since some of the Covid 19 restrictions had eased up in NJ. The associates who were doing the work to clean and wash the vehicles were very friendly and courteous as they had been in the past. I went to pay for the service and showed a coupon for the carwash on my phone and was told that it could not be honored since I had not taken the time to PRINT the coupon on to a piece of paper. I receive text messages from the same establishment with different perks randomly for 50% off a wash or a free wash for your Birthday and have shown them the text on the phone and that was OK, trying to be environmentally conscious I felt I could do the same with a website coupon, makes sense right? No, sorry no discount unless you print the coupon, and yes the page before says to print to redeem but what world are we living in at this point? They can't make an exception to this and possibly realize that they would actually be helping the environment but not requiring people to physically print coupons? The guys who do the "Real Work" there are great, maybe management can learn a few things from them.
Mr.b's is highly recommended it was the only place open on a sunday wh... read more Mr.b's is highly recommended it was the only place open on a sunday when i needed my car fixed my car broke down on my way back from work on sunday at 6 pm and mr.bs was the only place open and he even got me a tow truck in less then 10-5 minutes and the service was excellent the place is very clean and the waiting room is very nice all the employees // workers were very kind and genoures and anything i needed they fixed it the prices are very affordable and low and they have all the tire brands from good year to Michelin my car was up and running again in no time and the wait was not long and the wait was nice with tv and air conditioning they were honest with me and very helpful i highly recommend it THANK YOU MR.B
Great expierence, price was much better then other shops I had checked... read more Great expierence, price was much better then other shops I had checked out. Very happy with how my car looks now, then even fixed a couple scratches for no charge. Highly Recommend
