Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. accidents stink right? The gang at Autocrafters CARSTAR really explained the whole repair process. Hope I never need to use collision services again, but if I do this is the place. They have been in business for 35 years I learned. The guality of their work really confirms this. Visit them you won't be sorry.

The work was performed as described and the job was on time and under quotation price. The parts needed were quoted as OEM price or aftermarket price for my selection. Good workmanship and towing service provided.
