As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road. I really appreciate the staff at AAMCO staying to help me out. I was told by another transmission shop in the area that I needed to replace my transmission to the tune of $3000! Took it to AAMCO for a second opinion and spoke to Pat. They called me a couple hours later and told me I needed to have my computer reprogrammed. I picked up the car this evening and the car drives perfect again! Thank you to the honest staff at AAMCO in Carteret. You saved me $2800 and have a customer for life! William Bailey

Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!
