Fast forward 80 years and those principles still hold true. Brought the car there because the brakes are pulsating when depressed. Dropped the car off the night before. They called me in the morning saying they are checking the car. An hour later needs rotors (warped) and the front wheels balanced. They said that was the cause. $550 I said fine. I get there around 1230. The bill was 25 dollars more, no call to advise. Fine I paid. I leave and within 6 minutes call them back to advise the problem persist and now the front brakes are smoking heavy. I bring the car back, I was there 40 minutes without anyone saying a fucking word about what was going on. Unprofessional AF! I asked what the status was, " waiting on parts" did not say what parts. 2 hours later I get my car back. "Should be good now the first rotors I guess were bad" i take the car and the problem still fucking persist. I have to wait to speak to someone AGAIN! $575 dollars for a fucking nightmare. Don't go there!

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.
