Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Been doing business with Charlie for many years now and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Prices are good too. He does everything on myt P/U truck and my Hybrid.

Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I trusted them right away. My baby(car) is old and her age shows, i need a shop that can keep her going. I need a Honest mechanic that I can trust and wont BS me. It is very HARD for a single women to find HONEST TRUSTWORTHY Mechanics, I feel like I have. Plus they are right next to TJMAXX!
