I am 40 minutes away now and still have all my work done by John at Angel Car Care. He has found solutions that the dealer and others could not find. I drive the distance for expert, honest, and fairly priced service. I had a boat engine that sounded off and had John listen to it. He said it was the timing chain and should be replaced asap. As it was under warrantee I took it to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong. Six weeks later I was dead in the water and it was the timing chain. Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, t... read more Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.
