Amazing customer service, I was attended to immediately they are kind and curtious professional Mechanics who are dedicated to there customers. I had great experiences every time I went. A lil pricey but the job gets done. And they are also Christians like me whom I can trust telling the truth and honest. Stay away from these guys. They don't stand behind their work. I had problems with the paint 6 months after they did the work and they wanted to charge me again to fix the mess they made. Bad, bad business.

I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!

My 2005 Dodge Dakota was t-boned by another car and the insurance copy totaled it. I love my truck so I wanted Bob the owner at G&C to fix it for me. It took about 7 days for my car to be fixed and it rides better now then it ever did. I couldn't be happier, I'm going back in a few months for them to paint my truck. I would recommend this shop to anyone who asks about any auto body needs.
