you couldn't even get my oil change right. I told ya my car needed 0W20. I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.

L & J Motors is the only auto repair shop in Jersey that has worked on my Bimmer since bringing it over from California. I'm very picky in regards to who works on my cars, but I find this place--like another reviewer--to be reliable and honest in their services. After my experience here, I would certainly recommend this auto repair shop to other European vehicle owners.

They are amazing mechanics. I don't think anyone can ever match their experience. They hear one awkward sound from my car and they automatically know what is wrong with it without even opening it yet. And it's all done at reasonable price as well. Ask for Albert. He's the best.

A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them.
