Truck detailing service near South River, NJ

This is not the shop to take your car if you are looking for it to be DETAILED. I was recommended by a family member that said she did a phenominal job, reviews said it, she said (better than the car wash). Well that was not the case. my car was taken a full day, I trusted she did a good job, I paid her and didn't think much off it. The next morning when I drove my car I was beyond disapoointed. My tinted windows had been ruined, there was ink on my driver seat, car door cubbies were full of dirt, back seats were full of dirt, back was not vacummed there was still dog hair, the trunk was never vacuumed, the exteriror had scuff marks on it that could have been removed. My car was taken again the whole day. Tint wasn't fixed, had to go out on my own to fix it. She wanted me to go through the car with her so she could clean what I found dirty, by the second day that car should have been immaculate. Well to my surprise I found myself cleaning my own car on Friday, I sent her pictures of the visible things that were still dirty (still have the pictures with the date to prove it). I was ignored on the pictures. I text her and said I should receive a refund of some sort because I was detailing my car hours before it was loaded on the container. Bottom line look else were to get your car detailed. I got a car wash instead.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!I went to county sudsers on 2/22/2014 to self service was my vehicle.I first rised my car off first and there was a little bit of soap coming out from the sprayer which got my car a little sudsy. Than I went to wash my car with the soap dial and the soap was not conot coming out of the brush.I told one of the employess,he made sure that it wasnt working and he directed me to the managers.At this time,time had run out on the timer and I had dried soap on my car from this point on .I spoke with the manager and he asked if I had waited to see if the soap was coming out I told him I did and so did one of the other employess than he told me ill be there in a minute.5 minutes later nothing is being done.So I asked the one employee that I spoke with before to ask him what I should do because I was clearly being ignored so he came with a hose from inside the car wash to attempt to take some of the soap off.my vehicle was still streaky with soap.I went back to the manager and expressed my dissatifaction and left.I then called and spoke with the owner and he told me if I want credit towards a wash I could get one.so i went back and he said all I can do is give you your change back to rewash your car.I felt like I was being ignored and not helped the proper way because I was not spending a lot of money to have them wash my car.I am now going to have to rewash my car with my hose at home to remove the dried up soap on it.
