Words cannot express how incredibly dissatisfied I am with Steve's Auto Body. They provided a "free" estimate in April, 2015. I contacted them after another churchgoer hit my parked car on Good Friday after services in the parking lot. She asked me not to report the matter to the insurance company. Steve's provided the estimate, taking about 5 minutes to write it up. They required a $250 deposit to schedule the work. I gave them my credit card, after which they told me they could not guarantee that the paint they would use would match the paint on my vehicle. I immediately communicated Steve's quote to the driver who hit my vehicle, and she checked with her insurance company. Steve's price was more than $200 over what her insurance estimated. We went through the insurance. I immediately telephoned Steve's on the very same day and asked for a refund of my charge card. They refused to refund the charge and refused to provide me with any part. I have now been charged $250 for a "FREE" estimate. Steve's has lied to my credit card company and to the BBB. Steve's has cheated me. Don't let Steve's lie, cheat and steal from you!!!

The work was performed as described and the job was on time and under quotation price. The parts needed were quoted as OEM price or aftermarket price for my selection. Good workmanship and towing service provided.

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

I am really surprise that you are requesting a survey from us after providing such a lousy service, or lack of service for our Mazda Tribute that you totally destroyed, causing us to junk same. After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.
