Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.
