Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Frank Sanchez, the manager, is so professional and helpful. When he says the car will be ready at a certain time, it always is. He has been very helpful in all phases of our repair challenges. As he told my wife recently, "you will not be able to tell that the car is not brand new when we are finished"! And Frank was right! Her SUV looks brand new! And they were very fair with pricing and dealing with our insurance carrier as well. Obviously, we are very happy with this service!

I needed my windshield replaced front passenger side fender And hood painted and replaced for my Volkswagen CC. My car seriously looked like I had just bought it. They did an amazing job.. I had 5 different quotes in the area and they were by far the best!!! I'm happy I have found a body shop if I ever need to use again!!
