Great customer service... Broke down on the Turnpike, limped off exit 12. As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road. I really appreciate the staff at AAMCO staying to help me out. Car ran great the whole way home. Adam Treiber

I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.
